GJH SERCONS, INC. seeks an on-site Project Coordinator to manage daily construction workflows, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure adherence to designs and schedules. You will liaise with suppliers, consultants, and end users to resolve technical questions and maintain rigorous documentation.

The role requires coordinating with legal, risk/compliance, and procurement teams, plus delivering timely progress reports and ensuring safety and compliance across the site.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, facilitate, and monitor daily on-site project workflows and schedules to ensure timelines and execution parameters.
• Act as the primary person in charge of enforcing and pushing deliverables from purchasing, risk/compliance, legal, and HR departments to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with suppliers/contractors for technical clarifications prior to project awarding.
• Coordinate with consultants, Project Manager, and end users on technical specs and reviews of contractor submissions.
• Escalate on-site concerns to the Project Manager when not addressed.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to monitor delivery status and procurement updates.
• Determine if ongoing projects align with approved designs.
• Maintain records of delivered materials and issued materials to vendors.
• Ensure Field Based Project Coordinators submit daily progress reports with progress photos by 5:00 PM.
• Report project concerns, discrepancies, material variances, or delays transparently to the Project Manager.
• Organize regular project meetings to discuss status and design concerns.
• Record and file progress billings, certificates of accomplishments, notices to proceed, and related documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess safety hazards and compliance with approved designs.
• Ensure permits, clearances, and licenses are secured and posted on-site in coordination with Legal and Risk/Compliance.
• Audit the site for 5S implementation by contractors.
• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by supervisor or Management.
