Job summary

ETAD Construction is seeking a Project In-Charge to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work follows approved plans, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety rules. You will lead engineers and foremen, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, monitor progress, manage resources, and drive timely completion of projects on site.

This role requires strong leadership, practical construction knowledge, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise daily construction activities and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate with management, architects, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with plans and codes.
• Prepare progress reports and document project changes and issues.
• Assist in project turnover and handover to the client.
