Job summary

MaxBlocks Construction Corp. is seeking a Project Engineer to supervise on-site activities, ensuring execution aligns with technical specifications and project requirements.

You will lead planning, coordinate teams, monitor safety and quality, and present weekly progress reports to management. A Civil Engineering degree with PE license and 3–5 years in construction are required; strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Willingness to work at project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Civil Engineering License required.
• 3–5 years of construction/project coordination experience.
• Knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on site with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and execution.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor site activities for safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Conduct weekly progress meetings and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual obligations.
• Prepare weekly work plans and manage permits.
• Prepare NCRs for deficiencies and enforce corrective actions.
• Provide on-site estimates and track schedules against conditions.
• Offer technical support to resolve construction challenges.
