Job summary

GNPower Dinginin Ltd. Co. in Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines, invites applicants for a Shift Manager to oversee all plant operations during assigned shifts.

You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Materials Handling, and Safety teams, as well as NGCP and traders, to deliver safe, reliable power generation and drive continuous improvement. The role requires expert leadership, crisis management, and strong communication, with a background in coal-fired plant operations, EAM/PTW systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer or Registered Electrical Engineer.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry in a Supervisory or Management role.

Responsibilities

• Directing and supervising shift operations to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and continuous plant generation in compliance with environmental and standard operating procedures.
• Managing Permit to Work (PTW) and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) issuances, incident response, and serving as Officer-in-Charge during night shifts and weekends.
• Coordinating operational activities with NGCP, Traders, Materials Handling, Maintenance, and external stakeholders.
• Leading, coaching, and developing shift team members while enforcing strict safety, environmental, and ISO quality management standards.
