Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, licensure as an M.E. or E.E., and at least 10 years in power generation in supervisory roles, with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer or Registered Electrical Engineer.
• At least 10 years in Power Generation in a Supervisory/Management role.
• Experience leading shift operations in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise shift operations to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous plant generation.
• Manage PTW and LOTO issuances, incident response, and night/weekend coverage.
• Coordinate operational activities with NGCP, Traders, Materials Handling, and Maintenance.
• Lead, coach, and develop shift team while enforcing safety, ESH, and ISO standards.
