Job summary

GNPower Dinginin Ltd. Co. in Mariveles, Philippines seeks a Shift Manager to lead all plant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient generation while coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Materials Handling, Safety, NGCP, and traders.

You will supervise PTW, LOTO, incident response, and mentor the shift team, promoting ISO quality management and environmental compliance in a purpose-driven energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer or Registered Electrical Engineer.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry in a Supervisory or Management role.

Responsibilities

• Directing and supervising shift operations to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and continuous plant generation in compliance with environmental and standard operating procedures.
• Managing Permit to Work (PTW) and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) issuances, incident response, and serving as Officer-in-Charge during night shifts and weekends.
• Coordinating operational activities with NGCP, Traders, Materials Handling, Maintenance, and external stakeholders.
• Leading, coaching, and developing shift team members while enforcing strict safety, environmental, and ISO quality management standards.
