Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a Planning Specialist to support development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules at the Pumped Storage Project site. You will work with the Site Project Team, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Cost Control, and contractors to ensure plans align with targets.

The role requires hands-on planning on site using Primavera P6/MS Project, coordinating progress data, and maintaining look-ahead schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for infrastructure, energy, or construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• Hands-on with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel for updates, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Experience on site-based construction or project execution environments is required.
• Experience in hydropower, renewable energy, or major capital projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, updating, and monitoring of site construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project controls to collect progress updates.
• Track actual progress against baseline and look-ahead schedules; flag delays and risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly site progress reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Maintain short-term look-ahead schedules and coordinate updates with site teams.
• Validate schedule logic, sequencing, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Identify schedule constraints and interface issues affecting timelines.
• Attend planning meetings and maintain organized planning records for audits.
