Job summary

You will monitor performance, manage backups, and ensure security and reliability, while documenting configurations and supporting incident and change management with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Hands-on experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud or on-prem environments.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux system administration, patching and backups.
• Networking knowledge across switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs and protocols.
• Understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the company and clients' core IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage).
• Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance.
• Manage backups and ensure high availability and security of components.
