Job summary

APW Tech is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure in Makati. The role focuses on reliability, performance, security, and scalability across servers, storage, networking, and virtualization environments.

You will deploy Windows and Linux servers, manage virtualization platforms, and lead backup and DR initiatives while ensuring robust security and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Understanding of storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and backups.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and firewalls.
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise server and network infrastructure.
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows and Linux servers.
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot system issues.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
