Job summary

IPM Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a LEED Coordinator for our Muntinlupa project site. You will coordinate and monitor LEED and sustainability requirements, ensuring all documents and records are complete and up-to-date.

Responsibilities include liaising with project staff, contractors, and suppliers, collecting LEED records, and maintaining ongoing LEED reports and corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven field experience in construction or related project operations.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of LEED requirements and sustainable construction practices is an advantage.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Willing to work on-site in Muntinlupa City.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with LEED requirements on the project site.
• Coordinate with project staff, contractors, and suppliers regarding LEED requirements.
• Collect and organize LEED-related documents and supporting records.
• Monitor documentation for materials, waste management, energy, and water efficiency.
• Assist in site inspections related to environmental and sustainability requirements.
• Prepare and maintain LEED reports and records.
• Follow up on missing documents and required corrective actions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
