MCGPI is seeking a senior construction professional to lead and manage all phases of large-scale projects from planning to closeout on-site in Muntinlupa. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality to ensure on-time delivery.

Applicants should have 10+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven record of delivering projects safely and within budget. The role requires strong coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of construction/project management experience.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and budget management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and updates to management and clients.
