Pure Green Solutions Technology Inc. seeks a Site Engineer to lead on-site civil and structural activities in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

You will coordinate planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to solve technical challenges, maintain site documentation, and support cost-control efforts while guiding the construction team in line with design specs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on Site Engineer experience in civil/structural projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, plan work, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management tools and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental considerations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project team to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and cost control measures.
• Provide technical guidance to construction teams and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
