Job summary

DDT Konstract, Inc. is seeking a LEED Coordinator to manage sustainability documentation for construction projects in Taguig, Metro Manila. The role involves preparing LEED programs, conducting compliance inspections, and presenting reports to facilitators. Candidates should be graduates of Engineering or Architectural courses with 1-2 years of construction experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong knowledge of construction material specifications and ISO quality management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Engineering or Architectural course.
• 1-2 years of experience in the construction field.
• Familiarity with LEED standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Leed Program and conduct pre-deployment orientation.
• Perform site compliance inspection and evaluation.
• Prepare and present regular site compliance reports.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Knowledgeable in Construction Material Specification

Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2008

Job description

A LEED Coordinator manages the sustainability, documentation, and compliance of construction projects to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Leed Program
• Conduct Pre-Deployment Orientation
• Conduct Site Compliance Inspection & Evaluation
• Prepare regular Report such as Site Compliance Reports & Material Credit Status
• Presentation of LEED Status Report during PTG Meeting on a weekly basis
• Assist project Leed Consultant/Facilitator during Site Compliance Inspector on a Monthly Basis
• Discuss Consultant /Facilitator Findings to the Operation during Tool Box Meeting
• Prepare & Present Action Taken
• Monitoring and Tracking of Materials on SRF ( Submittal Review Form )

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any Engineering or Architectural Cours.
• At least 1-2 year experience in construction.
• Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledgeable in Construction Material Specification and Execution is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Implementation is preferred.
