Job summary

EY Philippines invites applications for an On-site Technology Support Specialist (Associate) within Enterprise Technology. The role provides hands-on support to EY staff, deploying hardware and software, provisioning devices for hires, and resolving incidents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to liaise with end users and IT personnel at all levels.
• Effective communication with supervisor and peers.
• Approximately 2–4 years of end-user technology support experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support hardware and software deployment to end users, including installation, configuration and testing of firm hardware.
• Provide provisioning and deprovisioning support for new hires and separations.
• Assist with repair of end-user hardware and reinstallation of software to resolve incidents.
• Resolve incidents related to end-user software and hardware, including mobile devices.
• Provide after-hours support for escalated issues and tasks from the Service Desk or supervisor.
• Perform asset management activities (procurement, receipt, inventory, tracking, distribution).
• Assist with technology support for firm-sponsored functions/meetings.
• Serve as remote hands for EY Technology functions such as Telecommunications and Hosting.
• Maintain understanding of EY Technology offerings to address end user needs.
