EY is seeking an On-site Technology Support Team Lead in Cebu to guide a large end-user support team, ensuring quality service and SLA adherence across a broad geography. The role emphasizes staff management, vendor oversight, and strategic collaboration with EY Technology leaders.

You’ll work in a dynamic Enterprise Technology group, travel as needed within the geography, and contribute to a better working world by delivering reliable technology services to EY personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desirable.
• 6+ years leading large customer technology support teams.
• Experience coordinating multi-site IT service delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large on-site technology support team across multiple sites.
• Ensure end-user support meets defined SLAs and quality standards.
• Manage staff performance, hiring, development and coaching.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and contract adherence.
• Collaborate with EY Technology leadership for service delivery improvements.
• Provide after-hours support as needed and travel within geography.
