Job summary

The successful candidate will manage servers, data storage, backups, and security systems while coordinating with vendors. Experience in ERP/HRIS and familiarity with manufacturing or pharmaceutical settings are a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in network management and administration.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience with software installation and configuration.
• Proficient in database management (MySQL, SQL Server).
• Experience with ERP systems, Inventory IT, and HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, Internet).
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
• Provide IT support, preventive maintenance, and system monitoring.
• Develop/modify servers, data storage, backups, and security measures.
