Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst for on-site role in Pasay City (MoA, Two E-com). You will maintain inventory master data across Odoo ERP and 365 Retail Market POS, handle POs and goods receipts, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely procurement, and system optimization. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in inventory control or ERP administration, are proficient in Excel, and possess strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Inventory Control, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, or ERP Administration.
• Experience maintaining inventory master data within an ERP system such as Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle.
• Experience processing Purchase Orders, goods receipts, supplier invoices, inventory reconciliations, and stocktakes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory master data across Odoo ERP and 365 Retail Market POS systems, including product creation, updates, pricing, classifications, and deactivation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while coordinating cycle counts, stocktakes, inventory transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders, process goods receipts and supplier invoices, and ensure procurement transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, finance, purchasing, and internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing and inventory-related issues.
• Serve as the operational super-user for Odoo and 365 Retail Market by supporting users, maintaining system configurations, testing new functionality, troubleshooting pricing and promotional issues, and coordinating with system support teams.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports while monitoring stock accuracy, inventory valuation, shrinkage, and slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
• Analyse inventory trends and provide recommendations to improve inventory performance, reduce waste, and support month-end reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, develop SOPs, recommend automation initiatives within Odoo, and strengthen inventory controls and reporting.
