Job summary

TASQ in Pasay City is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Insurance account. You will handle inquiries regarding policies and claims, deliver accurate information, and strive for first-contact resolution with customers.

The role requires on-site work at MOA Pasay, graveyard or shifting schedules, and strong English communication. Immediate start is preferred and prior international BPO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least a SHS Graduate or completed 2nd year in college.
• Must have at least 12 months of solid international BPO experience.
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English.
• Amenable to work fully on-site in MOA Pasay.
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and claims via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product and service information clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with team and management to improve customer service delivery.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
