Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Insurance Account in Quezon City. This full-time on-site role at the UP Ayala facility involves handling inquiries, processing requests, and delivering professional support to clients.

You will work within a collaborative team, meet performance targets, and adhere to policies while building product knowledge about insurance coverage and claims.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, following established protocols and call centre procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, policies, claims, and billing with accurate and comprehensive information.
• Process customer requests and transactions efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system and maintain comprehensive call notes for quality and reference purposes.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, escalating complex matters to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers in understanding insurance coverage, terms, and conditions.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling times, customer satisfaction scores, and quality metrics.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in training programmes and ongoing development opportunities to enhance skills and product knowledge.
