Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a Customer Service Representative - Insurance to review documents, verify agent data, and handle transactions with accuracy. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience and flexibility for shift work. Onsite work in Cubao, Quezon City is expected.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in Insurance or related fields and be comfortable with updating records and coordinating communication as needed.

Qualifications

• Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 2nd year in college and with at least 1 year of experience.

• 1 to 2 years of work experience in Insurance, Healthcare, Retirement Services, Financial Accounts.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao, Quezon City.
• Flexible with shifting schedules and holiday work.

Responsibilities

• Review completeness and compliance of documents received.
• Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
• Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
• Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
