Qualifications

• On-site work in Binondo, Manila with standard HR practices.
• 3+ years in influencer marketing and creator campaigns.
• Experience recruiting, negotiating, and onboarding talent.
• Proven ability to manage remote staff and contractors.
• Strong contract handling, dispute resolution and organization.

Responsibilities

• Own influencer strategy and end-to-end creator partnerships.
• Source, interview, onboard influencers and external contacts.
• Oversee remote staff and contract dynamics with discipline.
• Handle ER, compliance, rate negotiations and disputes.
• Coordinate daily with Klaiya's in-house team at Binondo.
