Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR experience; recruitment/timekeeping/payroll coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor standards and 201 file management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Assist in recruitment, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower deployment lists, and headcount records
• Monitor daily attendance, overtime, absences, undertime, and leaves
• Consolidate and validate Daily Time Records and attendance reports
• Submit timekeeping records to Payroll and coordinate discrepancies
• Monitor employee deployment and transfers
• Update employee records and onboarding documentation with HR Officer
• Maintain 201 files and ensure completeness
• Prepare reports on attendance and movements
• Assist in ensuring labor standards compliance on working hours, overtime, rest days, and leaves
