Job summary

Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMGSEAC) is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong HRIS, labor relations, and training expertise. This on-site role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct interaction with employees at all levels.

The HR Generalist will manage HRIS, support labor relations, lead training initiatives, onboarding, benefits, and ensure local labor compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience with HRIS, labor relations, and training.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR compliance.
• Proficient with HRIS platforms and data management.
• Experience in employee engagement and organizational development.
• Excellent English communication; stakeholder engagement experience.
• Attention to detail in managing complex tasks and compliance.
• Willing to work in Subic Bay office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HRIS for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist HR Manager with labor relations, grievances, and compliance.
• Lead training-related requirements across groups and divisions.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
