Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the HRIS ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist HR Manager with labor relations concerns including grievances and negotiations.
• Lead training initiatives for all groups and divisions.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
