Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Psychology, HR, or Business Administration).
Minimum of 5 years HR experience with HRIS, labor relations, and training.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR compliance.
Must be willing to work in Subic Bay office.
Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist HR Manager in labor relations, grievances, negotiations, and labor-law compliance.
Lead training-related initiatives across groups and divisions.
Support onboarding processes for new hires and orientation.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Advise managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
