Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the Philippines marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, and brand growth for the local market. You will oversee multi-channel programs, manage internal teams and external agencies, and ensure campaigns comply with local advertising regulations.

This on-site role in Taguig reports to executive leadership and bridges local execution with regional objectives to maximize awareness, user acquisition, and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business/Communications or related field.
• Filipino national identity is required.
• 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in Technology, E-commerce or high-growth consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance within regulated industries is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth and market expansion.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Manage and mentor local marketing team while driving campaign performance.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional teams, product, operations and public affairs for consistent brand execution.
• Ensure communications comply with Philippine financial advertising regulations.
