Job summary

Philippines Center for Real Estate Professional Studies (Phil-Center) is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive enrollments for the BS in Real Estate Management and support related programs. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pasig City and targets strong monthly sales conversions.

You will generate and qualify leads, conduct calls and presentations, respond to inquiries, and guide applicants through enrollment and payment processes, with performance-based incentives for reaching targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of high monthly conversions.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Knowledge of real estate or educational programs is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn Phil-Center’s BSREM, NRES, CPD offerings.
• Able to work independently in Pasig City on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate or related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrollments for the BS Real Estate Management program.
• Generate and qualify leads; conduct calls and presentations.
• Respond to inquiries; follow up and convert prospects.
• Build relationships with prospective students and institutions.
• Maintain sales records; coordinate with internal teams.
