Job summary

Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Property Specialist to promote and sell residential and commercial projects in Metro Manila.

You will generate leads through referrals, online channels, and listing platforms, conduct property viewings, and present features, pricing, and payment terms clearly to clients. You will build lasting relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service before and after sales while ensuring monthly and quarterly sales quotas are met.

Qualifications

Clear spoken and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
Strong customer-service focus with relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of residential real estate, features, and buyer needs.
Sales prospecting, negotiation, closing, and meeting targets.
Familiarity with Metro Manila markets and local regulations.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell residential and commercial projects to clients.
Generate leads through referrals, online channels, and listings.
Conduct property viewings and present pricing and terms clearly.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide service before and after sales.
Ensure monthly and quarterly sales quotas are hit; coordinate with internal teams.
Manning on-site duties 3–4 times per week across multiple locations.
