Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction.
• Excellent customer service with responsiveness and relationship-building.
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, market positioning, and investment considerations.
• Knowledge of Residential Real Estate, condo/housing products, community amenities, and buyer needs.
• Solid sales skills: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and targets.
• Experience in real estate sales, property development, or related fields is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time, and handle multiple clients.
• Familiarity with real estate regulations, documentation, and financing options is a plus.
• Proficiency with productivity tools and CRM; open to new sales tech.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not strictly required.
