Qualifications

• You’re the perfect fit if you’re 18 years old and above.
• High School Graduate with at least six (6) months of call center experience or Senior High School graduates and up, with or without call center experience.
• Willing to work on-site.
• With excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Can educate customers on inquiries and other product information.
• Able to handle issues and complaints in a professional manner.

Responsabilités

• Delivering customer satisfaction and problem resolution to the client’s customers.
• Resolving customer needs, concerns, and problems.
• Educating the customer on detailed product information.
• Customer case documentation.
• Proper escalation, transfer, and redirection of customer concerns.
• Learn and understand ongoing training and program updates to impact issue handling and overall customer satisfaction.
• Deal with problems and find solutions that are outside of the box or outside of the standard situation.
