Job summary

Home Invest Realty Ventures Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise daily on-site construction and engineering activities. You will ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards while monitoring progress and preparing regular site reports.

The role requires reading technical drawings, coordinating with teams, and providing engineering support in project meetings. On-site work and travel may be needed for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) preferred.
• Proven experience in construction or site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Willing to work on-site and travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and engineering activities on-site.
• Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Review plans, calculations, and technical documents.
• Ensure proper use of construction materials and equipment.
• Track project timelines and assist in scheduling activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation including permits, inspections, and reports.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures.
• Attend project meetings and provide engineering support as needed.
• Assist in cost control and material estimation.
