Job summary

POP Warehouse in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to oversee a priority account and a portfolio of clients. You will lead service delivery, manage quotas, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure SLA compliance.

You will build strong client relationships, monitor KPIs, supervise coordinators, and drive improvements in stock control, logistics, and invoicing while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client relationship management, logistics or operational coordination.
• Matric with Mathematics and a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with data analysis; strong Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with warehouse, logistics, workflow, reporting or client management systems.
• Experience in point-of-purchase, warehousing, distribution, retail execution, installations, activations or event logistics is advantageous.
• Canva and presentation development skills will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, account performance and SLA compliance across the priority account and portfolio.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and act as the link between clients and internal teams.
• Oversee jobs from instruction to close-out, including quotations, approvals, purchase orders, fulfilment, logistics and invoicing.
• Manage stock, campaign logistics, distributions, deliveries, collections, courier services and installations.
• Monitor service levels, KPIs, costs, deadlines and risks; resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare operational reports, executive summaries and dashboards; lead client meetings and ensure actions are closed out.
• Lead and support Client Service Coordinators and administrative staff; ensure performance and training.
• Oversee operational controls, health and safety compliance, stock accuracy and required documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and grow POP Warehouse's solutions.
• Travel between client and sites and provide after-hours or weekend support when required.
