Job summary

One Food Group is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer (RMeE/REE) to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role supports the engineering department in ensuring smooth operation of commercial and industrial facilities, leveraging mechanical engineering expertise in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer required.

Responsibilities

Develops, evaluates, and implements preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
Analyzes breakdowns and recommends long-term improvements and parts replacements.
Upgrades technicians' knowledge and acquires tools to reduce downtime.
Maintains customer relationships and resolves inquiries to improve satisfaction.
Trains restaurant teams and plant personnel on maintenance basics and troubleshooting.
Manages resources including finances, inventory, manpower, and equipment.
Sets performance reviews for direct reports and mentors them.
