One Food Group is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer (RMeE/REE) to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role supports our engineering department in ensuring smooth operation of commercial and industrial facilities, leveraging mechanical engineering expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include developing PM programs, analyzing breakdowns, upgrading skills, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Licensed Electrical Engineer is required.
• Willing to do field work and be flexible with working hours.
• Sensitive to project deadlines and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila area (Mandaluyong, Quezon City) and work full-time on-site.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develops, evaluates, and implements equipment PM programs and effective repair options.
• Analyzes historical breakdowns and recommends long-term solutions to recurring problems.
• Upgrades technicians' knowledge, procures tools, and reduces downtime.
• Analyzes deviations to target and identifies improvement areas.
• Maintains good customer relationships and addresses customer needs.
