Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Makati City seeks a Maintenance Engineer to maintain buildings, industrial systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis, supporting preventive maintenance and repairs within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

The role involves reviewing work orders, tracking completion, and ensuring safety and efficiency across facilities. The position emphasizes knowledge of building systems, adherence to codes, and leadership to coach teammates while upholding CBRE RISE values

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs; manage work orders.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of systems.
• Inspect installations for building code and safety compliance.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE values; build consensus within teams.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, and service activities within the group.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information clearly.
