CIMET, an Australian technology company, is seeking a Sales Coach for its Ortigas, Pasig site. The role focuses on moving outbound sales to a consultative model in a day-shift, floor-based setting. You will coach on live calls, analyze conversations, and drive measurable improvements in performance.

You will mentor Team Leaders, build a robust objection bank, and ensure compliance with Australian sales rules. The position offers a stable monthly salary and Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outbound sales, incl. 3+ years coaching or leading sellers
• Proven track record hitting sales targets
• Ability to diagnose call issues and coach improvements
• Excellent English with Australian/Western tone

Responsibilities

• Run structured call reviews against behavioural scorecard and coach on the floor — in the moment
• Hold weekly one-on-ones with your caseload of agents, with documented development plans
• Train and calibrate Team Leaders so they can score and coach consultative behaviour themselves
• Build our objection bank and best-call library from real recordings, and keep talk tracks current as offers change
• Embed consultative habits during new-hire nesting, working with the Product Trainer
• Report scorecard and conversion trends honestly — including when the problem is pricing or leads
• Coach within Australian energy sales compliance (consent, disclosure, reference pricing) — we'll teach you the rules
