You will collaborate with Service Coordinators to resolve scheduling changes, respond to calls, and escalate critical issues with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ year business experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, make sound decisions under pressure, and manage priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable navigating CRM/operating systems.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Shift Management: Fill open client shifts using office scheduling protocols, update schedules in the CRM, and communicate updates to clients and Care Pros.
• Inquiry & Call Handling: Respond to incoming calls professionally, address client/Care Pro inquiries, log activity in the operating system, and schedule care consultations.
• Escalation & Communication: Maintain detailed shift activity logs and elevate complex client or Care Pro issues to key stakeholders or management.
• Equipment & Admin: Secure and manage on-call tools (laptop/phone/tablet), return materials post-shift, and uphold company standards and confidentiality.

Position Overview

The On Call Coordinator manages after-hours shift scheduling and urgent inquiries to ensure seamless care for clients and support for Care Professionals. Working alongside Service Coordinators, this role resolves scheduling changes, addresses incoming calls, and escalates critical issues - requiring strong communication, independent judgment, and keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Shift Management: Fill open client shifts using office scheduling protocols, update schedules in the CRM, and communicate updates to clients and Care Pros. Step in temporarily on open assignments if needed.
• Inquiry & Call Handling: Respond to incoming calls professionally, address client/Care Pro inquiries, log activity in the operating system, and schedule care consultations.
• Escalation & Communication: Maintain detailed shift activity logs and elevate complex client or Care Pro issues to key stakeholders or management.
