The role partners with senior leaders across Marketing, Operations, Digital, Technology, Finance, and Insights to deliver scalable growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in Marketing, Omnichannel, Digital, E-Commerce, CRM, Retail, or Commercial functions.
• Proven track record in driving business growth, digital transformation, customer acquisition, and commercial performance.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven leader with expertise in growth strategy, customer insights, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in QSR, retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel growth strategies and align across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Own performance of commercial channels to optimize revenue and ROI.
• Accelerate digital commerce adoption and expand channel contribution.
• Shape media and customer growth strategies to maximize impact and efficiency of marketing investments.
• Champion innovation, technology enablement, and future-ready capabilities.
• Lead teams and partner with senior leaders and external partners to deliver growth initiatives.
