Job summary

McDonald’s Philippines (Golden Arches Development Corporation) is seeking a senior finance professional to lead financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting and performance reporting. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and ensure financial targets are met across the organization.

The role focuses on risk assessment, consolidation of financial performance, and delivering data-driven insights to senior management, enabling informed expansion decisions in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred but not required.
• At least five years in financial analysis, FP&A, planning and budgeting, or management reporting.
• Proficient in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, P&L management and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills to translate insights into data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct financial analysis to evaluate performance and support strategic decisions.
• Identify risks and growth opportunities and recommend actions.
• Consolidate and assess financial performance with business objectives and financial targets.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support expansion plans and strategic initiatives.
