Job summary

HRTX Philippines seeks an IAM/PAM specialist to support integration with target applications, covering full lifecycle activities with emphasis on high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

You will work with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra and PAM tools like CyberArk and BeyondTrust in an agile environment, performing testing, deployment, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with core IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra).
• Experience with PAM platforms (CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust).
• Delivery of complex IAM/PAM engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Strong business, consultancy, and technical skills; excellent communication.
• Experience with HR processes (JML) and integration to systems like AD/ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support IAM&PAM implementations across full lifecycle.
• Lead integration with target applications, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Review requirements and apply best practices in development and configuration.
• Perform unit testing and support QA, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
