Bureau Veritas | Marine & Offshore in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Recruiter focused on oil and gas talent. The role is based in Makati with support for other Manila locations, offering a permanent position and regional responsibilities in the Southern Middle Region.

You will source, screen, map candidates, build pipelines, manage offers and onboarding, and ensure HRIS data integrity while aligning with BV policies and local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for oil and gas roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of BV policies and local employment laws is desirable.
• Proficiency in HRIS data management and onboarding processes.
