• Contact vendors for additional information on testing requests.
• Work with applicants in remote locations to find collection sites in their area, registering them for testing when necessary.
• Manually registering applicants using the zip code associated with their current address when not registered within 24 hours of an invite being sent.
• Compose and send occupational health test registration information to applicants.
• Provide hands-on monitoring to ensure all client needs are met.

Job Purpose:

The Drug Screening Specialist oversees each step in the Occupational Health environment to ensure operations are processed effectively. Support clients by answering queries, assisting applicants with registration, monitoring and intervening as needed in the occupational health workflow to ensure test results are reported in a timely manner.

Occupational Health Specialist Qualifications:

Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality; highly organized; production and planning skills required; ability to manage time and workload effectively; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible/willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary; ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally.
