Job summary

dnata Travel Inc. is seeking a experienced Resource Planning lead to optimise rostering and allocation for Clark offshore operations. You will drive planning cycles, supervise planners, and champion data-led decisions to ensure continuity and efficiency.

Role involves implementing RMS/RTC/MACS systems, coordinating with Duty Managers and Singapore stakeholders, and coaching teams across shifts. Requires 6+ years in planning with 4+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in a relevant field with 6+ years of planning/workforce management experience.
Minimum 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Experience in airline/airport/MRO/logistics or similar operational envs preferred; strong workforce planning background acceptable.
Experience using or implementing workforce/resource systems (RMS/RTC/MACS/Workforce Plus/Laminar).
Strong analytical and planning skills in rostering, overtime, leave, coverage analysis, and deployment.
Proven ability to operate in a 24/7/shift-based environment and make timely decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead resource optimisation for Clark offshore operations, ensuring planning, allocation and deployment support service continuity and efficiency.
Oversee the full resource allocation cycle: pre-planning, shift-planning, and real-time allocation.
Guide and coach Resource Planners and Allocators to ensure data-led decisions and clear escalation paths for coverage gaps.
Support implementation and adoption of RMS, RTC, MACS, and other MIS platforms with project stakeholders on Workforce Plus and Laminar tools.
Act as a systems SME, using workload data to improve planning accuracy and deployment decisions.
Collaborate with Duty Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and Singapore stakeholders to respond to roster changes and operational variables.
Drive rostering improvements by analyzing coverage and advocating efficiency.
Develop weekly/monthly reporting on coverage, gaps, trends and improvements.
Contribute to implementation readiness, including risk registers, mitigation, escalation protocols and continuity.
Facilitate training and onboarding for new hires and local leaders as Clark team grows.
Assist with budget submissions related to manpower and ground equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, health policies and procedures while promoting fairness and continuous improvement.
