Job summary

HRTX in Ortigas Center, Pasig City is seeking a Resource Planning Manager / Head responsible for leading workforce planning and capacity management. You will ensure optimal staffing levels through data-driven forecasting and real-time adjustments.

The ideal candidate has proven managerial experience in resource planning, strong analytical skills, and a solid background in workforce scheduling. This is an onsite position, working Monday to Friday.

Job Summary

The Resource Planning Manager / Head is responsible for leading workforce planning, scheduling, and capacity management to ensure optimal staffing levels across operations. This role ensures the right number of resources are available at the right time by using data-driven forecasting, operational insights, and real-time adjustments to meet service delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Resource Planning and scheduling team
• Develop staffing schedules and workforce forecasts based on operational demand and historical data
• Monitor daily workforce performance and adjust staffing plans to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet service level and efficiency targets
• Analyze workforce and operational data to generate actionable insights for leadership
• Prepare and present regular reports on staffing, forecasting, and resource utilization
• Improve workforce planning processes and implement best practices in scheduling and capacity planning
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support business needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Resource Planning, Workforce Management, or Scheduling roles at a managerial level
