Job summary

Altrad Pacific Shared Services Inc in Metro Manila; hybrid setup in Alabang, Muntinlupa, seeks a Resource & Mobilisation Specialist to forecast, roster, allocate and mobilise operational resources. You will liaise between employees and Operations, ensuring timely assignments and compliance with company standards.

You will maintain 3-month rolling forecasts, build rosters in the HRIS, and support training compliance while delivering a high level of service and engagement for staff across projects.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a similar Resource Management (People & Assets) role.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Sharepoint, Power BI and rostering software.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with process and information standards (data/reporting).
• Forecast, rostering, allocation, mobilisation, and demobilisation of resources.
• Act as the liaison between employees and Operations for work assignments and logistics.
• Deliver high standards of work aligned to company values.
• Verify 3-month rolling & weekly Lookahead forecasts for labour and P&E supply.
• Create rosters using the HRIS based on forecasted operations data.
• Ensure resources meet training matrices (TNA) requirements.
• Support mobilisation/demobilisation/engagement experiences to retain staff.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Onboarding & Compliance, Training, and Assets teams.
• Provide general support including client info requests, logistics, inductions, and site access.
• Assist in generating weekly/monthly planning and mobilisation reports.
• Support continuous improvement of Planning & Mobilisation processes.

Job description

• Ensures a high level of compliance to process and information standards (data / reporting) is maintained
• Perform the forecasting, rostering, allocation, mobilisation, ongoing engagement / management, and demobilization of operational resources (People & Assets) in a timely and optimized manner, ensuring that all relevant operational targets are achieved
• Ensure the operational resource forecasts (12 Week Lookahead at a minimum) are maintained in an accurate state, so that they are utilised as a basis for planning, rostering, and allocating resources
• Act as a conduit between Employees and the Operations teams for the purpose of confirming future work assignments, managing availability, managing ongoing compliance, and communicating mobilisation / demobilisation requirements or logistics
• Responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards of work whilst carrying out the duties of this role, in line with Company Values, to achieve long-term success
• Analysis, review, and validation of the 3-month rolling & Weekly Lookahead forecast for labour and Plant & Equipment (P&E) supply on assigned projects / contracts
• Create rosters utilizing the HRIS, based on the operations forecasts being maintained in the HRIS.
• Understand and interpret complex training matrices (TNA) to ensure the rostered resources are compliant to these requirements, and compliance is maintained on an ongoing basis
• Assist in enhancing the Employee mobilisation, demobilisation, and engagement experience, ensuring that Employee retention with the Company is maintained at an optimum level
• Engage with the Recruitment, Onboarding & Compliance, Training and Assets teams to ensure resources are mobilised in line with the roster requirements
• Provide general support including (but not limited to): client information requests, logistics planning, flights / transportation and accommodation, inductions and training, site access verification, work authorisations and site familiarisations
• Support the generation of weekly and monthly reports as directed by the Planning & Mobilisation Manager.
• Support continuous improvement of the Planning & Mobilisation systems, process, and reporting outputs

QUALIFICATIONS

• With 3 years of experience in a similar role performing business wide Resource Management (People & Assets) tasks
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Sharepoint, MS PowerBI & Planning / Rostering software
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of people.
• Must be able to address challenges with a collaborative approach, whilst having the fortitude to challenge the status quo
• Willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Alabang, Muntinlupa
