hammerjack in Makati, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a growing PH team and align finance, customer service, IT help desk, and admin with Australian stakeholders. You will drive performance, implement scalable processes, and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in operations, service delivery, or leadership.
• At least 3 years supporting Australian clients in a BPO/shared-services/offshore setting.
• Proven success leading multi-functional teams and improving KPIs, quality, productivity.
• Knowledge of Philippine labour law and statutory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in BPO, facilities management, or service industries is desirable.
• Experience managing a satellite office or EOR/vendor relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service delivery across finance, customer service, IT/help desk, and administration.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and offshore capability launches.
• Create ownership, cadences, targets, reporting, and follow-through.
• Track KPIs/SLAs, drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Australian stakeholders on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
• Shape workforce requirements and shift coverage for growth.
• Lead escalations, process improvements, and service recovery.
• Maintain SOPs, quality controls, and safety/compliance.
• Develop team capabilities and a positive, accountable culture.
• Coordinate facilities, IT, security, and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour regulations.
