Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks an accomplished HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security efforts for an upcoming Offshore Wind Project in the APAC region. The role reports to the Head of HSE APAC and focuses on creating a world-class safety culture across all project phases while ensuring Philippine regulatory compliance and international offshore wind standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of HSE experience within offshore wind, offshore oil & gas, marine construction, large-scale infrastructure, or EPC projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior HSE leadership role.
• Experience supporting offshore installation campaigns and marine operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the project's HSE strategy, objectives, and performance targets.
• Establish a proactive safety culture based on visible leadership and continuous improvement.
• Promote a "Zero Harm" philosophy across all project activities.
• Serve as the principal HSE advisor to the Project Director and senior leadership team.
• Drive accountability for HSE performance across all contractors and project personnel.
• Oversee HSE management for offshore construction, installation, commissioning, and marine operations.
• Review and approve offshore work methodologies from an HSE perspective.
• Monitor execution of foundation installation, turbine installation, cable laying, offshore substations, and commissioning activities.
• Lead environmental compliance activities during construction and offshore installation phases.
