Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DENR, and project safety requirements
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead toolbox meetings, safety trainings, and orientations
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Monitor site activities to prevent accidents and environmental risks
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Promote a strong safety culture on site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years experience in HSE for construction or energy projects
• Proven experience as HSE Manager or Senior Safety Officer
• Knowledge of Philippine HSE regulations and standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned on project sites
• DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO3/SO4)
• Experience in solar, BESS, power plant, or infrastructure projects
• Training in risk assessment and incident investigation
