NES Fircroft in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, environmental, and security activities for an offshore wind project. The role reports to the Head of HSE APAC and focuses on establishing a world‑class safety culture across all project phases.

You will work with contractors, marine operators, government authorities, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with Philippine regulations and international offshore wind standards while delivering zero

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, environmental science, or marine engineering.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• 12–15 years of HSE experience in offshore wind, offshore oil & gas, or marine construction.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior HSE leadership role.
• Mandarin fluency required for liaison with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and implementation of the project's HSE strategy and performance targets.
• Establish a proactive safety culture based on visible leadership and continuous improvement.
• Oversee HSE management for offshore construction, installation, and marine operations.
• Develop contractor HSE qualification, audit, and performance monitoring programs.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance and reporting with Philippine authorities and international standards.
