EC Structural Composites, Inc. is seeking an Office Engineer to coordinate administrative and technical tasks for project operations. The role includes reviewing contractor billings, progress payments, design submissions, and maintaining project records.
The candidate will prepare monthly status reports and assist with BOQ, cost estimation, and other engineering duties. Training is provided; relocation and site deployment may be required with housing provided.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Engineer to join our project team. The Office Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing administrative and technical functions related to project operations.
The role involves evaluating and facilitating contractor billings and progress payment documentation, reviewing design and construction-related submissions, and ensuring that all required forms, reports, and project documents comply with established company standards.
The Office Engineer will also monitor contract compliance, maintain accurate and organized project records, and prepare monthly project status reports through the analysis of project schedules, cost data, accomplishments, and performance metrics. The position will also provide support in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and other project-related engineering and administrative requirements.
Successful applicants will undergo 1-2 weeks of paid training at our Head Office in Quezon City prior to deployment to the La Union project site.
Staff house accommodation will be provided during the training period and during site deployment, subject to company policy.
The training will familiarize successful candidates with our company procedures, documentation requirements, project systems, and standards before deployment to the project site.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Professional Civil Engineer (PRC License) is an advantage.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in the construction industry is an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in AutoCAD, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to meet deadlines and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Willing to be assigned to various project locations nationwide.
Willing to undergo 1-2 weeks of paid training in Quezon City prior to site deployment.
Willing to relocate or stay at the project site as required. Accommodation will be provided during site deployment.
